01.Understand
Introduction
This is the Valencia lacrosse team, which is composed of male and female players between the ages of 16- 34 years old, most of them are local and foreign university students doing the Erasmus program in Valencia.

Problem
It is challenging for them to reach new audiences who want to try a new sport such as lacrosse in Valencia, whether they are locals or foreigners living there, because they lack of a website that would help with their presence on Google.
02.Research & Empathize
Hypothesis
The growth of the club is slow, because they do not have a website that can be found on Google searches made by locals and foreigners living in Valencia to find lacrosse or new sports in their city. The lack of presence and exposure on Google negatively affects them in their attempt to grow and recruit new players.
Research Approach
In order to understand the client’s pain points, I did a benchmark analysis on other lacrosse websites in Spain, I realized that they lacked of assertive communication and user friendliness, especially with foreign users despite having a considerable amount of them in their clubs. I then conducted a survey directed to all 21 Valencia’s team members and based on that data I proposed a youthful design, in both English and Spanish that responds to the communication needs of their users.
Research Results

Insights
These are the most significant points that have been discovered during the research phase. These points should be taken into account in the structuring and design of the website.

Empathy Map
In this phase, I conduct an in-depth exercise to fully understand and empathize with users' behaviors, needs, and desires.

03.Define
User Persona & Scenario

Customer Journey
This is the customer journey before, during, and after using the website. This helps us identify pain points to alleviate them and make the design more efficient by anticipating user needs and ensuring a user-centered experience.

Solution
A website that teaches what Lacrosse is, for those who don’t know, motivates them to try a training session and that at the same time offers the possibility to invite foreign players who are experienced in the sport and are currently living in Valencia. The website will be in both Spanish and English in order to attract both types of users.
04.Ideate
Sitemap
Here, we define the information architecture, strategically placing CTAs (Calls to Action) and organizing the website content to optimize Google ranking and the workflow during both the design and development processes.

User Flow
This is the sequence of actions that users take within the website. Mapping these actions is essential for optimizing interactions and navigation, making the website more user-friendly and increasing conversion rates by strategically positioning CTAs.
