I decided to enter the world of UX/UI because I am passionate about creating empathetic solutions that improve user experience within a digital product. The constant pursuit of improvements in what we experience has been a recurring theme throughout my years of work as an educator and psycho-emotional advisor, roles where I helped my clients and students solve structural problems to achieve their goals I now do the same with digital products.

Since 2023, I have been working independently as a UX/UI Designer with clients in Spain, the U.S., and Peru, applying all phases of UX research, Design Thinking, low- and high-fidelity design, prototyping and pre- and post-launch testing of digital products.

I was able to enter the professional field of UX/UI design after completing a Master’s in Digital Product Design, which covered UX/UI Design, Web Design, and Graphic Design, at Idecrea School of Design. Later, I decided to further specialize in UX/UI Design and completed a second master’s degree at IEM Digital Business School, deepening my knowledge and skills in this field. After finishing this program, I completed a six-month internship at Suma & Sube, where I worked on projects specializing in e-commerce and CRO strategies.

One aspect I consider fundamental from the wireframe creation phase is applying my knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress. This helps me produce more coherent designs and maintain clear communication with developers. Additionally, it allows me to adapt my designs to the available budget for the digital product’s development.

Another key factor that inspires my user-centered designs is the importance of cultural context in each project. Having lived in five countries (the U.S., Germany, Sweden, Peru, and currently Spain), I have gained a global perspective that allows me to connect with the culturally specific and diverse realities of both my clients and users.
